Nicole Parks graduated from the University of Florida in 2003, where she worked as an undergraduate lab student in behavior analysis. She worked in a Prader-Willi program, and later oversaw behavior analysis services across a nine-county region for the state of Florida. From 2011 to 2014, she worked at a state psychiatric hospital in Georgia with adult mental health and forensic units. She then moved into in-home autism therapy and regional director roles. Today she runs Rooted Consultation, where she consults with ABA businesses and supervises analysts building practices outside traditional autism services.
