Kristen Byra holds a PhD in psychology from Western Michigan University. She is licensed as a behavior analyst in Arizona, Texas, and Massachusetts. She chairs the Arizona LBA. Her clinical decision-making models (tools that guide case decisions) help behavior analysts keep service quality steady across a full caseload. She also builds clinical decision support tools, including the Family Quality of Life Scale featured in this talk. Outside of that, she consults and teaches CEU courses.
