Matt Harrington is a board certified behavior analyst. He now works hybrid, splitting his week between clinic work, this business, and his two young kids. Before that, he spent almost two years as a fully telehealth behavior analyst. Earlier still, he worked as a clinical manager and carried his own caseload. He also worked on severe behavior units in a hospital setting. He runs The Behaviorist Book Club, which he describes as a passion project for teaching practitioners to use ABA research.
