Allyson Mullins is a BCBA (a certified behavior analyst). She is also a national board certified health and wellness coach and the founder of Behavior Wellness Coaching. She has worked in the ABA field for more than 15 years. She has spent nearly a decade in clinical and operational leadership roles. In this session she drew on her own history with rigid leadership rules, over preparing, and delayed feedback. She used that history to teach a behavior analytic look at supervisory avoidance.
