Eric Soltysik is a BCBA going on five years, with about 15 years in the field on and off, including work as a TSS and a program assistant. He is part of Channel ABA, which serves clients in Maryland and Lancaster, Pennsylvania across clinic, school, home, and community settings, and he has worked as a clinical director. His clinical focus is collaboration inside treatment teams, both small and large teams, and this talk is the first of three sessions he is giving on building and keeping those relationships.
