Nicola Schneider is a BCBA and, by her own description, first and foremost a special education teacher. She worked in public schools, then spent time in clinic and private school settings. She returned to a New Jersey district, where she and the other behaviorists use this level system across programs. She is also a CPI trainer and works in a trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming classroom.
