Pauli Catanese led this Article Club session on developing the cultural awareness skills of behavior analysts. She walked a room of practicing clinicians through the article step by step. She paired each concept with a reflection question for the group. She also built visuals for the cultural assessment flow and for the path from culture to contingency to plan. Pauli pressed the group on where their own plans and their clients' values do not line up. She closed by asking each person what they would change in their own practice.
