Maya Griffin started in ABA in 2009 as a behavior technician, before the RBT credential existed. She became a BCBA in 2012. She worked in pediatric autism as a supervisor, clinical director, and program director. Over time she used more and more OBM. Today she supervises only supervisees who are collecting OBM hours. She has also published in the organizational behavior management literature. She supports BCBAs who want to provide OBM supervision.
