Set up your public provider page

Click Settings in the sidebar, under Account.

Under Your public page, you’ll see your live URL with a Copy link button. Click the link anytime to see how your page looks to visitors.

Click Upload banner and choose a wide landscape photo (about 1920×640 looks best). It renders behind your name and logo at the top of your page. PNG, JPEG, or WebP, max 5MB.

Tagline is a short line shown right under your name — think of it as your one-sentence pitch. About / biois a longer paragraph (or a few) about your organization, shown at the top of your page under your name. A long bio is trimmed to three lines with a “Read more” link, so put the sentence that matters first.

Enter your organization’s own website under Website URL, including https://. It shows as a “Visit website” link on your public page.

Click Save Settingsat the bottom of the page. Banner uploads and removals save immediately and don’t need this button.

You don’t arrange any of this — the page builds itself from what you’ve published, and any section with nothing in it is hidden automatically:

• Your header— banner (or a brand-coloured gradient if you haven’t uploaded one), logo, name, ACE provider badge, tagline, bio, website link, and a stat strip: courses, CEUs available, certificates issued, average rating, and the year you joined.
• Happening soon — your upcoming live sessions and conferences together, soonest first, each with its real start time in your own timezone.
• Most popular — your courses that have earned the most certificates.
• Bundles, then any OpenCEU learning paths that include your courses.
• Your library — grouped by credit type (Learning, Ethics, Supervision, and RBT PD if you run it) with a search box and a sort control, instead of one long grid.
• Speakers, then what learners say — your average rating and a few public comments, which only appear once you have at least three ratings across all your courses.
