Before your event

View your registrants

Everyone who signs up for your event shows up here, along with where each person is in the CEU process.

1

Open Registrants from your checklist

Open your event, then click Registrants in the checklist.

Event checklist with the Registrants step
It is the first item under After the event.
2

Check your stats

At the top, see your Registered count. Live events also show Attended Live and an Attendance Rate. Recorded courses show Certified and a Completion Rate instead.

Priced events also show Paid

For an event with a price, you will see Signed up instead of Registered, plus a separate Paid count. Signed up counts everyone who entered an email, including a checkout that was started and never finished. Paid is completed checkouts only, so it is the number to compare to your Stripe sales.
Registrants stats row showing registered, attended, and attendance rate
Live events show Attended Live; recorded courses show Certified.
3

Read the Last action column

Each registrant carries a badge showing how far they have gotten: Registered, Took quiz, Passed CEU, or Certified.

4

Export the list

Click Export Emails at the top of the page to download the full registrant list.

Position and state

If your registration form or landing page asked for a job title or state, you will see those columns too.
5

Download the attendance roster for your records

Click Download attendance roster for a spreadsheet with one row per attendee: when they joined, each attendance code they answered (with the time, and whether it was right), and when they were last seen. It also lists their BACB number, quiz result, and certificate number. All times are in your event's time zone.

About "Last seen"

The last-seen time comes from a check-in the live page sends about once a minute, so it is accurate to within a minute or so. If someone left and came back, you see when they first joined and when they were last seen.

The same roster is included for every event in your audit export (see Download audit files).
