Share your screen
Anyone on the panel can share their screen. Here is how it works.
Click the screen icon to start
Click the screen icon in the bottom control bar. Your browser asks which screen, window, or tab to share. Pick one to start sharing.
Click it again to stop
The icon changes once you are sharing. Click it again to stop sharing at any time.
Attendees see it automatically
The moment anyone on the panel shares a screen, attendees' view switches automatically. The shared screen fills most of the frame. Presenter camera thumbnails show smaller next to it. You do not need to change any other setting.
Your camera can stay on or off
You can keep presenting with your camera on or off while sharing your screen. Turning your camera off does not stop or hide your screen share.
The Presenter and Webcam toggle is just for you
If you are presenting alone, you get a "Presenter" and "Webcam" toggle. It only changes what you see on your own screen, screen big or camera big. It does not affect what attendees see.
Co-presenter screens show too
If a co-presenter shares their screen, everyone in the green room sees it too. A label shows who is sharing. See Host a panel with co-speakers for more on multi-speaker layouts.
