Sarena Cambrea started out as a teacher and had never heard of behavior analysis until a colleague introduced her to it. She studied at FIT, earned her certification in 2015, and worked in a clinic in Florida before moving to Chattanooga, Tennessee. She founded Elevate Behavior Services in 2018 and grew it to two sites, where she built the tiered Residency program she walks through in this talk.
