Dr. Allison Bowhers-Peutin is the owner and founder of Willow Mentorship & Consulting, LLC, an organization dedicated to developing BCBAs and aspiring BCBAs through mentorship, supervision, and tutoring services. Allison has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2007 across a variety of settings, including schools, homes, clinics, and telehealth. For more than 10 years, Allison has supervised BCBAs, supporting their professional and clinical growth. She is passionate about challenging BCBAs to step outside their comfort zones, strengthen their clinical skills, and develop into confident, well-rounded professionals. Allison is equally committed to supporting aspiring BCBAs in developing a strong understanding of ABA and the professional skills necessary to practice effectively and ethically. Through Willow Mentorship & Consulting, she strives to help strengthen the next generation of behavior analysts and contribute to the continued growth and positive advancement of the field.
