About this CEU
This event supports participants to take previously concepts learned and generalize them to their daily lives by using RFT and the “noticing self” to observe judgments, assumptions, and rules that could be maintaining internal networks of language and their own “challenging” behaviors and daily life. The event supports participants to better understand human thinking in context and experiential exercises to help participants delve further into RFT within their own minds. The ACT application for “problem” behavior is presented and well as new “rules” for life to prepare practitioners to support clients within this human ACT application.
