Growing Through Supervision helps RBTs shift their perspective on supervision from something they simply participate in to an opportunity for active learning and professional growth. This training explores how RBTs can take a more active role in supervision by asking meaningful questions, seeking and responding to feedback, communicating effectively with their supervisors, and identifying opportunities to strengthen their clinical skills. Through practical examples and reflection, participants will learn strategies for getting more value from supervision while building greater confidence and independence in their role.
