ACTionable Language for PDA and “Problem” Behavior of conversational Humans in “Real World” Settings

This CEU reviews conventional ABA preventive, direct teaching, reinforcement systems, and systematic interventions and the resulting barriers typically occurring in “real world” settings when supporting PDA and other “problem” behavior. This introduces ACT and it’s supporting theory (RFT) as a means to support BCBAs to decrease “problem” behaviors in their daily practice using brief conversational strategies and shifts in language and decrease stress and avoidance while increasing stakeholder well-being behaviors and feelings of satisfaction. to be “ACTionable” and Ethical, Part 3 of the series is required
