Building and maintaining strong relationships with caregivers, stakeholders, and treatment team members is an ongoing process throughout treatment. As treatment progresses, changes in client needs, team dynamics, and expectations may create barriers or conflict that can impact collaboration and communication.
This presentation will explore strategies for maintaining therapeutic rapport with team members as treatment continues. Participants will learn how to navigate disagreements, communication challenges, and other barriers while keeping the needs of the client at the center of decision-making. The presentation will also discuss ways to strengthen collaboration, provide and receive feedback, and maintain effective team relationships to support consistent and effective client care.
